All returns must be processed within 180 days of the delivery date. Returns and processing vary depending on the shipping location.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, visit this page and submit the form.
Once submitted, our team will review your request and email you a prepaid return shipping label along with simple return instructions.
Important Return Guidelines
- Bundle/Pack Returns: If you purchased a bundle or a pack, returns must include all units from the purchased pack (for example, all 40 blankets from a 40-pack). We do not accept partial returns or individual blanket returns from a pack.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns to cover handling and processing.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued only to the original form of payment.
How Long Does It Take to Receive the Refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds typically appear within 3-10 business days, depending on your bank. Refunds are only allowed back onto the original form of payment.
