Domestic orders delivered within 4-6 business days
Estimated Delivery Time and Carriers
Domestic Orders
For orders shipping within the U.S., we use DHL, USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Please expect delivery within 4-6 business days (Monday-Friday).
International Orders
All international orders are shipped via multiple carriers depending on location. You will be provided a tracking number with full visibility of the package's travel history from our warehouse in the U.S. to its final destination. Please allow between 5-15 business days (Monday-Friday) for delivery.
What to Expect After You Order
We aim to provide a seamless experience from start to finish! Upon placing your order, you'll receive an Order Confirmation email. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a second Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information.
What If I Need To Make Changes?
If for any reason you need to make a change to your order (address changes, order quantity, etc.), just contact our Customer Success team, we will be happy to help. We are generally only able to make changes within 1 hour of you completing the checkout of your order.
Will I Have to Pay Any Additional Taxes or Fees?
If you are located in the EU, you may receive duty and VAT charges upon import. Fire Blanket has no control over these charges - it is entirely up to the local government/border security, and customs office.
If you refuse to pay the additional fees at the time of delivery, then your shipment will be returned to us. At that point in time, we can refund your purchase cost (minus shipping cost to and from your country).
